“Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.”
Marilyn vos Savant
Hi, friend.
I’m going to assume that you’re here because you are looking for help, for support and for someone who understands. So let me say first, I am sorry. I am sorry for the heartache and heartbreak you’ve endured. I’m sorry for what you’ve suffered that’s brought you here.
Second, if the only faith you can muster right now is to cling to mine, I am offering it to you. God got me through my storm, He will get you through yours too. I can say this because I’ve been through it too and made it to the other side. There were many dark days over the course of many years, but He sustained me and He will sustain you too.
Third, I’m honored to work with women who’ve gone through storms in their lives. We all have a story and for most of us, life isn’t what we expected it would be. If you are in a place now that doesn’t make sense, that feels terrifying and that leaves you wondering what step to even take next, I understand. I am passionate about helping women regain their footing, conquer their fears, get to a place of healing, redefine who they are and write a beautiful, new story.

Life Verses
Peter 5:7-10
Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Philippians 4:4-7
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
